We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. We may also update and change our site from time to time.
Why you should read our terms and conditions
Please read our terms and conditions carefully before you complete an order with us. Our terms outline who we are and how we provide products to you. If you believe there is an error within these terms and conditions, please contact us.

Purchasing product on our website
Once you have chosen a product and completed the purchase on the order on our checkout page, you have entered into a contract with us and you are bound by our terms and conditions.
Upon completing an order with us, you will be taken to our secure payment gateway where you can pay via a credit or debit card or by PayPal. Once payment is complete, you will be directed back to our site and a copy of your invoice will be emailed to you with a unique order number.
**Your right to make changes to an order**
If you wish to make a change to your order, please contact us. If the change is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product or timings of the delivery of the product.
If we are unable to make the change, the contract may end (see section below – your right to end the contract).
Delivery of the product
Delivery costs are displayed on our website and confirmed on the checkout page.
Delivery timings vary, but we will keep you informed via email about likely delivery dates and times.
If there is a delay to your delivery that is beyond our control, we will contact you to update you with an alternative delivery time. If there is a substantial delay, you may contact us to cancel the order and receive a refund for products you have paid for but not received.
You have legal rights if we deliver any products late or not within a reasonable timeframe. If we miss the delivery deadline, you may treat the contract as at an end. However, any goods subsequently delivered must be returned to us in an opened and undamaged condition.
A product will be your responsibility at the point it is delivered to your chosen address.
The product is yours at the point we have received full payment for it.
Your right to end the contract
Your right to end the contract depends on what you have bought and whether there is a fault with it.
If you have purchased a faulty or misdescribed product, you have a legal right to end the contract.
If you have changed your mind about the product, you may be able to get a refund within the cooling-off period, but this is subject to deductions, and you will have to pay the costs of returning the product.
Our right to end the contract
We have the right to end the contract if we have told you about an error with the price or description of the product you ordered or there has been a significant delay delivering your product. If we end the contract, we will refund you in full.
How long do I have to change my mind?
You have 30 days after the day you receive the product or until you start using the product. You do not have the right to change your mind once you make use of the product.
How to end the contract
To end the contract with us, please let us know by email at sales@coslater.co.uk or by post at The Quadrant Centre, Limes Road, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 8DH.
When we pay for the costs of return
We will pay for the costs of return if the products are faulty, misdescribed, or there is an error with the pricing or description of the product.
